"I was disappointed the helmet I wanted was not in stock. Also, the one I settled for was next to a $29.99 "sale" sign on the shelf, but when we took it to the counter it rang up as $59.99. One additional tip I can share is that when people enter the store, please note that not all shoppers are ignorant of what they want or its quality. Please tell the sales not to volunteer all they know about a product unless their opinion is asked for. It puts the customer in an awkward place as we don't want to be rude and not choose the Sales recommended item or ask them to just let the customer think.

The pros for me was that there was enough sales help on the floor, certainly had product knowledge and the store was well stocked with awesome items to choose from at reasonable prices.
